Q: How can I contact you?
A: As written in the "Contact Us" section, you can get in touch with us using email: info[at]damagedonerecords[dot]com .

Q: How can I pay in Damage Done e-store?
A: You can pay using your credit card or using PayPal. All payments are processed using PayPal, but you don't need a PayPal account to pay. For Czech Republic and Slovak Republic you can use cash on delivery payment ("Na Dobirku").

Q: ...and what about bank transfer, money order, etc.?
Yes, they are all possible, just email us your order then. We have been working like that for ages so there is no reason why it should stop working now. Paypal is simpler and faster, but we don't insist.

Q: How much will shipping cost?
A: Either €4 per item shipped or €10 for one single shipment, based on what you prefer. The prices are same for anywhere in the world, what differs is the shipping time. Deliveries shipped to Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and Poland are exception to this and have cheaper prices.

Q: How long will the delivery take?
A: You will receive an email after your order has been shipped and then it takes up to 14 days in EU coutries and up to one month for the rest of the world to deliver the package. Most of the packeges over EU are delivered in 3-5 working days though.

Q: I forgot my password, what should I do?
A: Go to the "My Account" login page and click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link left to the "Login" button.

Q: I have a label and want to order some of your releases, should I contact you directly or buy them at your e-store?
A: Better way is to contact us directly using our email.

Q: How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
A: Go to the "My Account" page, click on "Subscribe or unsubscribe from newletters" link, uncheck the subscription status box and press "Update".
